The ALS Society of Canada is hosting a 5km Walk to End ALS event in-person, for the first time in 2 years. The Walk to End ALS is a community-based, volunteer-led fundraising event with an enormous impact on the ALS community. After two years apart, we’re looking forward to safely walking in person again this year on Saturday June 11th 2022 at Sunnidale Park in Barrie Ontario. Last year the community impressively rallied together to raise over $1.7 million thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and community members.
We are looking for volunteers to help on the day of the event with tasks such as: set up/take down, registration, managing the t-shirt table, managing the food/drink table, route marshals etc.
