The Town of Innisfil and partners are excited to present the 2022 Speak Your Mind Virtual Youth Mental Health Summit.  The goal of the event is to allow youth to be in a safe environment where they can virtually chat and learn about mental health from a youth perspective and end the stigma on Youth Mental Health.

Mental Health 101 with Bounce BACK

Through activities, discussions and relatable scenarios, young people will make connections with others by hearing from those experiencing struggles, learn how to identify the signs of stress, anxiety, and depression, and receive practical strategies that can help them to reduce their symptoms
