We are looking for the help of your students once again to see if any might like to help serve at our Catholic Women's League Christmas Bazaar Lunchroom.  It will be much the same as the Jubilee Tea. 

We particularly need 8-10 students to help serve the tea and sandwich plates and clear the tables as the guests finish their luncheon. Refills on drinks and such.  They would be needed from 9:45 am - 2:30 pm on Saturday Nov. 19th. Training will be provided.

The students can contact the lunch room coordinator, Mrs. Helena Hedrich, at h.hedrich@hotmail.com or stjohnvianneycwl@gmail.com. That would be wonderful and anyone needing community service hours will be credited with 4 hours. 

 If we could hear back no later than Nov. 04 that would be great.  The students who helped at the Tea were really great and we are looking forward to any who wish to return.
