Looking for a way to help students pay for their post-secondary education? 

Kin Canada Bursaries are supported by Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin Clubs across Canada and is a program of the Hall Rogers Endowment Fund. Each year, $1,000 bursaries are awarded to successful Canadian applicants who are pursuing post-secondary education at a recognized university, community college, technical institute and other schools for advanced education.

Who should apply?

Any students working hard to give back to their community and may need a little financial assistance to achieve their goals.

You do not have to be a member of Kin to apply, however we encourage you to reach out to the club nearest the applicant to get to know about Kin Canada. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Mature students are also eligible.

Does the educational program have to fit certain requirements?

Yes - it must be a full time post-secondary program. This can be in the trades, a technical institute, college, university or any other registered post-secondary institution.

How many bursaries are awarded?

Last year 123 students received bursaries across Canada!

When can students apply?

Applications are accepted between October 1st and February 1st of each calendar year.

How can students apply?

Applications must be sent by mail or email to only 1 local Kinsmen, Kinette or Kin Club. Reach out to the person who sent this email or go on our "Find a Club" page to find the contact information for your nearest club.
